The Same Page
In 2017 I started video-izing the short version of The Same Page, to make it extra-easy for our team to absorb quickly. This is as far as I got before other projects took over. I published what I had in 4 pieces, plus a composite of the non-proprietary parts of those 4 pieces. There is material here for future standalone videos about Hatsopoulosophy, the Village platform, and the components of QEI.

Two Sad Stories – Long version
This is the original version. It has some non-essential bits in the stories, plus a plug for Authenticity University at the end. I removed these when I needed to embed this in another video, and realized that the shorter version is better as the official released version.
Ten Reasons – Long version
This is the original version, which has grown to 32 minutes! I believe I have the necessary edit notes from Wes and narration recordings from Lucinda to put together a final version. We have been using the much shorter overview version on our landing pages.
About Us
Visual rendition of the text in the "Authenticity Alliance" box on the original "winding road" website WhatIsAuthenticity.com. It appeared as a clickable thumbnail at the right edge of that box. I removed it because I thought maybe it was video overload.
Biometric Achilles' Heel
A very short capture of a concept explained by Richard Parry, when Wes and Richard were at the 2018 connectID conference.
If it has a future as a standalone video, I can add the website copy as narration.

This is from a script in the "audiences.odt" file. By today's standards it is VERY long and covers a lot of territory. There is material that could be used in shorter videos.

A quickly compiled collection of concepts as a basis for a joint presentation by Wes and Richard Parry at connectID 2018. Unknown how much of it was actually used in their presentation.

Created as a slide sequence for our 2018 Investor Conference, using Wes's written script. There is no audio. The actual live presentation differed here and there from the script I used to create this.

Scarcity Shortage
This is a start on video renditions of the copy on the Scarcity Shortage website. I believe Wes is working on an update to the website, so this project is on hold.
Key Ceremony in Geneva
This collection documents our Key Generation Ceremony in Geneva on Sept 12, 2017. I believe the "video summary" and the uncut complete version were/are posted somewhere on the Osmio website.
Authenticity Unchained
This is an earlier version of the message covered in Digital Signatures Unchained. I'm not sure if there are things in here that should be salvaged for future use.
Authenticity in a Nutshell
A roundup of the discussion surrounding Authenticity and a comparison to the "old way" ... indoor vs. outdoor, good-guy-bad-guy vs. accountability -- all the jargon and terminology untangled. Plus how PKI fits into the picture.

Narration correction: At the end, where the elements of Authenticity are getting stacked up, it should say "measurably reliable identities are the foundation of RELIABLE digital signatures."
And then maybe "RELIABLE digital signatures everywhere ... etc". Also needs outro added and final Lucinda narration.
Needs an additional "potato chip" short version.

Needs review. Lucinda's narration is ready to install.
Key Dance
A self-indulgent bit of fun, after finally figuring out how PKI is used in Authenticity. There is a more dignified version of this on the to-do list, because it's a handy bite-sized rundown of what PKI does.
Public Accommodation
An attempt to explain this concept that we pretty much "know" in the physical world, but gets tricky to define accurately in our indoors/outodoors/buildings terminology. It starts with stuff from TSP, and the public accommodation starts at about 1:15. I stopped when I got to the red question you'll see on the screen at the very end.
Online Communities
This is extracted from the TSP "Piece 2" video (upper right box on this page). It should be groomed into a standalone video. Wes's comments to improve it are here.
Extinction
The beginning of an idea for a marketing teaser -- not quite right, but I like the idea of Authenticity blasting in as a meteor to blow up the "old way." Wes's comments are here.
City of Osmio
5-Minute Tour
An attempt to get the viewer to "get" what Osmio is. Created last year, and gone thru a couple of different review cycles, with off-and-on concerns about the fear of centralized authority. Not sure where it stands now in the current climate of opinions about centralized vs. decentralized authority. CURRENTLY INCLUDED IN THE OSMIO GOVERNANCE LP MOCKUP... is that OK?
